Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. However, the shipping timeframe depends on where you are, although typically it takes 7-15 business days. Moreover, the shipping fee will also depend on your location.
Please note that during high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or sales), processing times may be slightly longer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Delays & Issues
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control (e.g., weather, pandemics).
If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us using our contact form and provide your tracking and purchase numbers.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. JeliToz is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date with your order number and a photo (if applicable). We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
